Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rep Llama LLC ("Rep Llama," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit www.repllama.com, request beta access, or use the Rep Llama tools on the web, in our apps (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, visionOS and Android), or through AI assistants connected to them. We keep it short and plain because that's how we'd want to read it.
Information we collect
- Beta-request details you give us in the form: your name, email, optional company or team, industry, the platforms and tools you use today, and why you're interested in the beta.
- Account information when you're invited and sign in, such as your name and email, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
- Content you create in the tools, such as orders, pricing, and images you add — used only to provide the tools to you.
- Payment information if you choose to make a voluntary contribution. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited details (such as the amount and the last four digits of your card); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected to keep the site secure and working.
- Product usage data when you use the tools and apps: the pages and screens you view, the features you use and the buttons you click, errors you run into, your device, browser and approximate location (derived from your IP address). When you're signed in, this is linked to your account ID, name and email. We use PostHog to collect it (see below).
- Session recordings in the web tools, only while you're signed in: a replay of how you moved through a page (clicks, scrolling, what was on screen) that helps us find and fix problems. Everything you type into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser. We don't record signing pages, public forms or secure links, which are used by people who don't have a Rep Llama account, or retailers' account and checkout pages on B2B storefronts. The apps don't record sessions.
We strip secrets out of web addresses (such as sign-in, signing and secure-link tokens) before any usage data is sent, and we don't put the contents of your orders, messages or documents into usage data.
How we use your information
- To review your beta request and contact you about access.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Rep Llama tools.
- To understand how the tools are used, and to find and fix bugs, using product analytics and session recordings.
- To process voluntary contributions and send receipts.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To protect the security and integrity of the service and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the suite, and only as needed to do so:
- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- PostHog — product analytics and session recordings, hosted in the United States. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and email providers — to serve the site and communicate with you.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in across the Rep Llama tools and to remember your preferences, such as light or dark mode. PostHog sets a first-party cookie on repllama.com so we can recognize the same browser across our tools for analytics, but only while you're signed in. If you aren't signed in (for example, when you open a form, a document to sign, or a secure link someone sent you), we count your visit without setting any analytics cookies or storing anything on your device, and we don't record the session. We don't use advertising cookies.
Data retention
We keep beta-request details for as long as needed to evaluate and manage access, and account and tool data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices").
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your choices & rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. You can also ask us to stop collecting product usage data and session recordings for your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@repllama.com.
Children
Rep Llama is for working sales professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
