This Privacy Policy explains how Rep Llama LLC ("Rep Llama," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit www.repllama.com, request beta access, or use the Rep Llama tools. We keep it short and plain because that's how we'd want to read it.

Information we collect

• Beta-request details you give us in the form: your name, email, optional company or team, industry, the platforms and tools you use today, and why you're interested in the beta.
• Account information when you're invited and sign in, such as your name and email, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase Auth).
• Content you create in the tools, such as orders, pricing, and images you add — used only to provide the tools to you.
• Payment information if you choose to make a voluntary contribution. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited details (such as the amount and the last four digits of your card); we never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To review your beta request and contact you about access.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Rep Llama tools.
• To process voluntary contributions and send receipts.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To protect the security and integrity of the service and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the suite, and only as needed to do so:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Hosting and email providers — to serve the site and communicate with you.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data retention

We keep beta-request details for as long as needed to evaluate and manage access, and account and tool data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your choices").

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Your choices & rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise any of these, email us at privacy@repllama.com.

Children

Rep Llama is for working sales professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
