Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.repllama.com and the Rep Llama tools (together, the "Service"), operated by Rep Llama LLC ("Rep Llama," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting access, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The beta service

Rep Llama is currently offered as a private beta by invitation only. Access is granted at our discretion. Because the Service is in beta, it may change, have interruptions, or contain errors, and features may be added or removed. We provide it "as is" while we develop it.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• The Service is offered from the United States. You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you access it, and you may not use the Service where doing so would be prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload malware or content you don't have the right to use.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service.

We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the tools (such as orders, pricing, and images). You grant us the limited permission needed to host and process that content so we can provide the Service to you. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

5. Voluntary contributions

The Service is free to use. You may choose to make a voluntary contribution toward hosting and development. Contributions are processed by Stripe, charged in US dollars (USD), and are not a purchase of goods, services, or additional features. Every user receives the same Service regardless of whether they contribute. Refund terms are described in our Contributions & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Rep Llama name, logo, software, and design, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any right to our branding or software except the right to use the Service as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments) and Supabase (authentication and hosting). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rep Llama will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of any voluntary contribution you made in the three months before the claim (which may be zero).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
